Sand Landis an upcoming video game based on the original manga with the same name from Bandai Namco Entertainment. Fans of the franchise will recognize the large environments and biomes and realize that they will need a ride to trek the treacherous regions of the desert.

Akira Toriyama’s Sand Land will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The producers also shared that the vehicles could do more than just take players from one point to another; they could deal damage to enemies and clear roadblocks for progression. Vehicles are now the best companions inSand Land.

Vehicles in Sand Land Are Indispensable

Representatives of Bandai Namco and producers of the game took the opportunity to share details of its latest game over atGamescom.Players will have to rely more on their vehicles for not just exploration and traversal, but also combat and to remove or overcome obstacles. According to the developers, each vehicle will have unique abilities that could aid players during their playthrough and will have a major role in progression.

The game will feature multiple and diverse vehicles, each with special features. Vehicles can give damage to several enemies, not just a single one, which also makes it easier to defeat enemies and vehicles that are difficult to capture by Beelzebub.

The producer also mentioned that vehicles are an absolute necessity in traversing the desert world and can pave the way for the right path forward.

In addition to the action, vehicles are indispensable for exploring Sand Land. They allow us to go to places we cannot reach by destroying rocks that block the way or jumping over broken bridges.

Bandai Namco Entertainment believes that Sandland deserves a more interactive adaptation.

It is worth noting that this project is among the few games that the great Akira Toriyama was working onright before his passing. The late artist’s work will heavily benefit the game and will be a treat for long-time fans to see it come to a different yet much more interactive format like gaming.
