According toTMZ, the actor was arrested from Arby’s parking lot in Yreka California, with his blood alcohol level reportedly at or above 0.08%. In the mugshot obtained by the site, the actor looks a far cry from his most acclaimed role, with his hair almost all grey, a grey beard, and his face having lost all of that chiseled good looks that made him famous.
