Mark Wahlbergrecently posted a video on hisInstagramaccount, where he showed off his workout routine to his friends. The actor showcased his extremely intense regiment, working out at 4 AM almost every day. He first flexed his muscles for the camera, lifting his shirt to show his abs, then flexing his leg muscles. He then went on to showcase his strenuous workout routine.

“My buddies thought the 4 am club was too easy” said Mark Wahlberg in the Instagram post.

He went through his leg routine, doing leg presses, barbell lounges, and jump squats. He also did some weighted exercises, having a reputation for enjoying being healthy without the need for chemicals in his body. He finished his work out routine by doing and prompting his friends to do a cold plunge.

Mark Wahlberg’s Friends Could Not Keep Up

In this video, Mark Wahlberg’s two friends were doing his routine with him. Working out with them at 4 AM, seemed to be a rare occurrence, as he implied in the caption of this post. One of his friends even commented that he does not work out very frequently, blaming it to be the reason for him being as winded as he was.

“We haven’t even started yet, that was the warm-up.”he told one of his friends.
