The PowerPoint presentation that was leaked has a ton of information about the business model of the game and all the content that it would have. Raids, seasons, a multiverse, and different versions of popular characters in the Spider-Verse—even the symbiotes—would have some room in the story.

The leaked footage of the PowerPoint presentation shows numerous possibilities in the multiverse, with Madame Web controlling the missions and going with multiple Spider-Men and women to fight different versions of enemies.
One of these possibilities was the symbiotes family, which means Venom, Carnage, Scream, and many more. Some of these symbiotes were not part ofMarvel’s Spider-Man 2; they were just hinted at best. The Sinister Six could have been very important for the raids that Insomniac Games would have implemented.
Spider-Man and the Symbiotes Could Have Crossed Paths in Spider-Man: The Great Web
According to the leaks, the raids could have been very big, and there were also some kinds of turf wars planned to liberate Manhattan from the hands of some Spidey villains. You could create your own Spider-Man with his own origin story and abilities.
Then you could work with other Spidey versions like Ghost-Spider, Spider-Girl, Spider-Man 99, and many more. The reward system could have been very varied and full of different kinds of skills to manage and change.
You Wouldn’t Have Just Been Teaming Up with Other Players in Insomniac’s Spider-Man: The Great Web
Spider-Man: The Great Webpointed to being the definitive Spider-Verse multiplayer experience. The game was being developed at the same time asMarvel’s Spider-Man 2, but Insomniac Games decided to pull the plug from the project. The studio has not made any declarations about this game or the reasons behind the cancellation.
