Looks like Tom Holland isn’t hanging up the Spidey suit anytime soon. Just when fans thoughtSpider-Man 4might be his swan song, a new report has dropped a bombshell: he’s gotanothertrilogy lined up. That’s right, six more years (at least) of web-slinging, villain-punching, and awkward Peter Parker charm.
While Holland’s hinted at stepping back before, it seems like Marvel and Sony aren’t letting their golden boy go just yet.

Per insider Alex Perez,Tom Holland has anotherfull trilogy lined up — meaningSpider-Man 4is just the beginning. On top of that, he also has three non-Spidey MCU appearances locked in, includingAvengers: The Kang DynastyandAvengers: Secret Wars, with one more mystery project in the mix. That’s six Marvel films in total.
Not only isHolland sticking around, he also has an unprecedented level of creative input. Perez revealed he was the first actor to have a say in his character’s development, influencing not just the MCU but also Sony’s upcoming cinematic universe reboot. Perez said,
Tom has another trilogy ahead of him and I believe 3 MCU Non-Spidey film appearances (Doomsday and Secret Wars being two and a third one that’s not yet disclosed.)
In addition, he is also the first actor to have a say in how his story goes in terms of character development, and it’s something that not only affects the MCU side of storytelling, but how Sony operates their upcoming cinematic universe reboot all together.
As forSpider-Man 4, Perez didn’t confirm much about the villain — no updates on Knull, and there’s no truth to rumors of a Spidey-Punisher team-up. There’s also nothing on whether Scream, Agony, or Toxin would appear.

When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore…Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.
This isn’t the first time Holland considered stepping back. AfterThe Crowded Roomin 2023, he took a break, calling the intense Apple TV+ series a project that “broke” him. He escaped to Mexico, hit pause for a year, and even won a golf tournament with his brothers.
