This week’s is particularly fun and relevant as the artist, credited as Diamond Angelic, decided to crossover the realistically styled franchise with the much cuter aesthetic of Nintendo’s big IPAnimal Crossing. The results are absolutely adorable as they depict an older Ellie with her love interest Dina:

Fans have been coming together to create tons of creative works centered around the long awaiting sequel to the popular IP. For instance we have this gorgeous fanmade movie poster for the gamehere, as well as an impressive recreation of what the upcoming sequel could have looked like as a PS1 game inthisÂDreamscreation from YouTuber Bearly Regal.

In terms of recent news aroundÂThe Last of Us Part II, things have been pretty quiet other than Naughty DogÂannouncing its delay late last year from February to May. However, the game’s ESRB rating was revealed recently on the game’s official website, and hinted at a more mature tone with the first inclusion ofnudity and sexual contentin a Naughty Dog game.

The Last of Us Part II will release exclusively for PS4 on June 23, 2025, andÂyou can pre-order the game right now over on Amazon. There’s also a lovely official artbook if you can’t get enough of the game’s amazing art design. The bookcomes in three editions: a deluxe edition, a hardcover edition, and a Kindle edition. It’s published by Dark Horse Books and created in collaboration with the developers at Naughty Dog.
