SinceSpider-Man: Miles Moralesrelease last week, players have been getting stuck into Insomniac Games' latest title and web-slinging themselves all over the familiar streets of New York City. We’ve seen playersrecreatethe famous “Leap of Faith” scene fromSpider-Man: Into the Spider-Verseand even get themselves turnedinto a brickdue to some ongoing bugs associated with the game. But as with many gaming communities, it’s the incredibly talented artists that shine bright among the many stars, and today we are proud to showcase a striking piece ofSpider-Man: Miles Moralesfan art by renowned concept artist, David Müller.
If the name sounds familiar to you, it might be because of David’sThe Last of Us Part 2artwork we so love to display here at DualShockers. Throughout his admiration for the game,Kopfstoff- otherwise known as David Müller - has created many amazing works of art that includeThe Last of Us Part 2comic bookpage,Clickerartwork,Dina and Elliedrawings, and of course that amazingAbby muralpainted beside an outdoor gym. ButThe Last of Us Part 2sketches are only some of David’s artistic endeavors as recently he has taken his own leap of faith into the world of Miles Morales, Spider-Cat and Peter Parker.

As you can see from the images above, David’s attention to detail is second to none. From the wisps of hair on Miles' eyebrows, the deep furrows nestled on his forehead, and the strands of adorable fluff on Spider-Cat, there is very little left out of this immaculate piece. We even see the slight smudge of smoke in the background from some of New York’s buildings whilst Pete gazes off into the distance and kitty earns some well-deserved rest but still stylishly keeping its mask at the ready in case of some near-by action. For the better part of his life, David has been a hugeSpider-Manfan and has constantly partaken in art associated with the franchise. Earlier this year, David had the incredible opportunity to contribute his personal spidersona “spider-spy” in an official Marvel comic release. You can check that out below and for even more, verify you head on over to hisArtStationwhere it’s stacked with awe-inspiring illustrations.
If you’re eager for some more of David’sSpider-Manart, you’ll find yourself a treat in the gallery below that also includes a homage to Steve Ditko, an American comics artist and writer best known as the artist and co-creator, with Stan Lee, of the Marvel Comics superheroesSpider-ManandDoctor Strangeas well as a concept drawing of Greg Miller in the pre-release PS4 version ofMarvel’s Spider-Man. I’d highly advise you to jump over to Twitter and giveDavid a followso you don’t miss any more of his fantastic concept art.
