Quick Links
Starfield’s galaxy is full of all sorts of random encounters for players to happen across and complete. These random encounters help keep the extensive space travel interesting, as an unexpected event can happen in orbit over any planet.
While many random events can happen anywhere, there are some that tend to happen in one of only a few specific locations, making it important to travel to as many systems as possible instead of just the same few, with one example being Juno’s Probe.

Where To Find Juno’s Probe
Juno’s Probe is arandom encounter that can be found in orbit over a planetupon the player’s first visit there. There isno way of triggering this event or increasing its likelihood of appearing, with players just having to explore and wait for it to happen. That being said, this random event does seem to happen more often inspecific systems and planets, making it best to start by traveling to those systems first when trying to trigger this random event.
I was able to find Juno’s Probe in orbit over themoon Bessel III-B in the Bessel system. This random encounter also seems to have a higher likelihood of being found atOborum III-a in the Oborum Prime system,Tau Ceti III in the Tau Ceti system, Shoza III in the Shoza system, and Khayyam III in the Khyyam system.Due to the randomness of many elements in Starfield, it’s also likely the Probe can be found in other systems in the galaxy.
