The Clone Troopers ofStar Warsare unique characters but are also somehow all the same person. They were soldiers created for the Republic on the water planet of Kamino. The Clones were all genetic copies of the bounty hunter, Jango Fett, a highly trained Mandalorian. Each Clone was seemingly able to think for themselves but also be able to follow orders.

They also had their own identification number, but a few also had names that they liked to be called by the other Clones and their Jedi generals. This list will count down Clones based on their character, actions, and heroic deeds.
10Ninety-Nine
Clone 99 (Ninety-Nine) was a deformed clone that was found to be unfit for normal service as a Clone Trooper. He became the Janitor and serviceman of Tipoca City. He was great friends with the young clone cadets who he helped train. Ninety-Nine showed courage and valor during the Defense of Kamino.
He gave his life supplying rifles, ammo, and thermal detonators for the other clones and Rex, Cody, Fives, and Echo. His sacrifice inspired the creation of Clone Force 99 (The Bad Batch), which was a task force of other “deformed” clones with special genetic adaptations.

9Clone Trooper Hevy
Clone Trooper Hevy served with Fives and Echo, defending the Rishi Moon Outpost during Season One of the Clone Wars. He was given his nickname because of his specialty in heavy weapons and demolitions. He was originally a rebellious loner but slowly learned to work with his fellow Clones. Hevy could be considered one of themost memorable charactersin Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Hevy sacrificed his life by manually hitting the detonator and blowing up the outpost, and stopping a full-scale invasion of Kamino. He was a strong team member with an intense attitude. Hevy joked and taunted his enemies all the way to his death.

8Clone Trooper Waxer
Clone Trooper Waxer served under Commander Cody and General Kenobi during the Siege of Ryloth. He demonstrated extreme kindness and empathy for the Twi’lek villagers and was responsible for rescuing Numa, a young alien girl. Waxer and his partner Boil reunited her with her family and became the equivalent of a brother to her.
He also showed a high amount of marksmanship and reconnaissance skills while still protecting Numa at all costs. Numa later became a Rebel during the Imperial Era and was inspired by Waxer and even wore a piece of his armor on her shoulder.

7Clone Commander Wolffe
Clone Commander Wolffe is the leader of the Wolf Pack, a squad of clones that serves under the Jedi Master Plo Koon. Wolffe is a skilled pilot, marksman, and leader who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was also one of the few clones to defect and remove their inhibitor chips before Order 66 happened.

Wolffe also only has one eye due to an encounter with Asajj Ventress that went horribly wrong. It never impacted his combat skills, only his mental stability and his ability to trust others. He lived all the way toRebels, where he joined the Rebel Alliance along with Rex and Gregor.
Hunter is a kinda different entry in this list. He is the leader of The Bad Batch and is genetically different from the normal clones. He has increased stealth ability as well as heightened senses, which help him track enemies. Hunter has also received special training from thebest bounty hunters in the galaxyto further increase his combat abilities.

During his team’s escape from the planet Kamino, he found a young clone girl named Omega, whom he would learn to protect and kind of serve as a daughter. He and his team work with a Trandoshan named Sid to stay alive and foil the Empire’s plan at the same time.
5ARC Trooper Fives
Arc Trooper Fives has one of the most highly developed stories of all the named Clones featured throughout Star Wars. His story starts in Season One and ends in Season Six. Fives started as a lowly “shiny” trooper and made it through the Battle of Umbara all the way up to his dream of becoming an ARC Trooper.
He was the only clone to investigate the first malfunction of the inhibitor chip in his friend, Tup. This ultimately led to his death at the hands of another Clone, Commander Fox. Without his sacrifice, no other clones could have found their chips and gotten out of Order 66.
4Republic Commando Gregor
Commando Gregor is one of the least remembered characters but also one of the more important clones. Gregor was discovered by Republic droids on Abafar as having amnesia and working as a dishwasher. He later regained his memories and dawned his armor once more, and bought time for the droids to escape.
Gregor also never participated in Order 66, along with Rex and Wolffe. He lived on a decommissioned AT-TE with those two clones until joining the Rebel Alliance during the Imperial Era, where he sadly was killed during the Liberation of Lothal during the final episodes ofRebels.
3Commander Cody
Commander Cody is one of the most recognizable clones in the Grand Army of the Republic. He served as the second in command to Obi-Wan Kenobi and fought many battles alongside him. He is the textbook example of what a leader and commander should be like.
Cody never removed his inhibitor chip and tried to enact Order 66 and kill Obi-Wan. He lived under the assumption that he had killed one of his friends. During the beginning of the Imperial Era, Cody continued to serve under the Empire and later defected after a mission gone south with Crosshair, an ex-member of Clone Force 99.
2ARC Trooper Echo
Arc Trooper Echo is the model example of a clone’s resilience and tenacity. He started out his service with Fives and Hevy as a part of Domino Squad on the Rishi Moon Outpost. Echo quickly moved up the ranks, from joining Anakin Skywalker’s 501st Legion to becoming an ARC Trooper. During a mission gone wrong, he was thought to have died during service.

Echo was later found to be alive as a human experiment in a Separatist Base, where he was transformed into a cyborg. He was tortured and sustained heavy injuries, yet he never lost his loyalty to the Republic. His new abilities allowed him to continue to serve as the newest member of Clone Force 99.
1Captain Rex
Captain Rex is by far the best clone in all of Star Wars. He started serving as Anakin Skywalker’s second command and leading the 501st Legion. With the help of Ahsoka Tano, he was able to avoid committing Order 66 by being stunned and having his inhibitor chip removed.
Captain Rex has always done his best to keep whoever is under his command safe and get them through their mission. He later joined the Rebel Alliance during the Imperial Era and participated in the Liberation of Lothal as well as the Battle of Endor. He is always recognizable by the markings on his helmet and his use of dual DC-17 blaster pistols.
