Recently, there have been reports that theGod of WarKratos skin will be coming back to the item store after three years. While that hasn’t happened yet, the game has brought back the Disney Dude skin, and fans would not want to miss this opportunity to get it as it can be vaulted again.
Free Guy Dude Skin Returns to the Fortnite Item Shop
Fortniteleaker and content creator Shiina shared on X/Twitter that the“Dude”skin fromFree Guyis now back again in the item shop and is on sale. Dude was added to the game during Chapter 2 Season 7 in 2021 as part of theFree Guyset and was last seen in the title on June 04, 2025.

The skin was available for players to purchase by spending 1200 V-Bucks, the in-game currency. The“Dude”skin is a super beefed version of Ryan Reynolds’ character Guy from the movieFree Guyand has a tattoo of a blue button-up shirt on the chest.

TheFree Guyset also included a Good Guy emote, featuring Ryan Reynolds’ voice saying,“Don’t have a good day, have a great day,”which was localized in the languages of different regions. However, the emote hasn’t returned with the skin, which is now available to purchase for the same amount: 1200 V-Bucks.

Fans Desperately Want Kratos Back in Fortnite
There are several rumors that Kratos will be coming back to the game, which has got fans excited to see the God of War again. There have been no hints or announcements from Epic Games, but this hasn’t stopped fans from speculating that it is bound to come sometime soon. Leaker Shiina also said that the skin could launch any day now, but it’s difficult to pinpoint a specific date.

Kratos was added to the item shop of the game back in 2020 as part of Chapter 2 Season 5: Zero Point and was available for players to purchase for 2200 V-Bucks. The rumors suggest that the bundle forGod of Warwill be added to the game and includes the skin, the Leviathan Axe Pickaxe, the Guardian Shield Glider, the Freezing Burst emote, and the Mimir Back Bling.
It is said that the skin will be returning to the item shop in the next update, and players will once again be able to purchase it. Despite the claims, it is advised to not get the hopes up and wait for an official confirmation from Epic Games.
