Marked bracelet can be found in the Medical Recordson the first floor. The tricky part is you need to go to the second floor to get there.
Go to the Nurse’s Lounge on the Second floor to get the L1 Key, then proceed to the L1 room on the same floor.
Here, you have to move the trolley so that you can access the window to get to the next room. Crawl under the hole to reach the first floor.
Finally, crawl under the opening here to get to Medical Records.You will find the Marked bracelet near boxes next to the bookshelves.

How To Find The Bloodstained Bracelet
You will have to drain the pool and hit the wall with a melee weapon to get the Bloodstained bracelet.

Start by going to the Women’s Locker room on the second floor to collect the Bent Needle from the Teddy Bear.
Next, make your way to the Dayroom on the first floor to get inside the Pharmacy. From here, jump over the window to reach the Garden.
Continue to the Pool room, then go to the Shower room, where you may find the Medical Tube.
Open your inventory, go to Key Items, and thencombine the Medical Tube with the Bent Needle. Go back to the Pharmacy anduse your new Medical Tube to get the Maintenance key from the drain.
Now go back to the Pool room, use the Maintenance Key to drain out the water, and jump inside the pool. Finally, go to the wall with the eye Graffiti and break it using Melee attacks to find the Bloodstained bracelet.

How To Find The Filthy Bracelet
To get the Filthy bracelet, you have to access the D1 roomon the third floor.
This section requires you to solve the X-ray puzzle. Luckily, two of the needed Radiographs are already on the lightbox.
you may find the third one on the table in the same room. As for the final Radiograph, you can find it in theTreatment roomon the second floor.
You need the Mold Remover, which can be found on the First floor Pantry, to be able to use it.
Align the 4 Radiographs using the marker lines on the lightboxto get the code: 4, 37, 12.
Hard difficulty doesn’t have as many marker lines for hints, but the same solution can be applied there.
Go back to the D1 lock and dial the above combination in the following order:
In the next room, interact with the bedsheet, and a cutscene will play where James lifts it to find the Filthy bracelet.
How To Solve The Hand Bracelet Puzzle In Silent Hill 2 Remake
Start by adding the three Bracelets to the Hand in any order. Turn them around so that the numbers on each bracelet align with the middle area of the Hand.
Finally, you need to move the Bracelets to arrange them in the following order:

You can now use this key toopen the Director’s Safeto get to the Rooftop, after which a boss fight awaits you.
