Erin Moriartyis retaliating against online trolling and criticism regarding rumors that she has hadplastic surgery, which came from former Fox News anchorMegyn Kelly(viaCBR).After the actress posted some new photos and videos to Instagram, some fans even began to argue that her cheekbones and face shape had changed.
However, the controversy has now grown even more since Kelly chose to voice her opinion on the matter (for whatever reason). The journalist revealed her surprise at seeing a recent photo of Moriarty on her podcast,The Megyn Kelly Show:
“I thought it was a face generated by artificial intelligence, but apparently it’s real. I find it a sign of mental illness. It’s extremely upsetting. It discourages me enormously. I just really want to get into the heads of these young girls and say, ‘Please don’t do this.’”
Moriarty chose to address the accusations on herInstagramaccount before deleting it. She criticized the journalist’s approach, alleging that she had contrasted an old, ten-year-old photo of herself with a recent one. Sheclarified that she had only applied cosmetics.
“I put on makeup that day, and it involves major contouring, and I remember leaving and feeling pretty…I saw the comments, scathing enough to turn my comments off.”
The journalist has never refrained from expressing her opinions over the years, even when they are sometimes harsh.That being said, there have been other occasions in which she has made offensive comments and ignited major arguments.

Megyn Kelly Took Aim at Meghan Markle for Continuously Calling Prince Harry ‘My Husband’
Megyn Kelly was discussingMeghan MarkleandPrince Harry, just like the rest of the world, but not in a good way.She seemed to be irritated and demanded that the Duchess of Sussex stop calling Prince Harry “my husband” (via theNY Post).
Kelly called Markle a“commoner” on her SiriusXM podcastThe Megyn Kelly Show,and she became agitated when Markle kept bringing up her marriage to theBritish royal family. The former Fox News host said for the couple;
“There seems to be no limit on their appetite for ripping on the royals to whom they owe all of their fame and literally most of their fortune.”
According to Kelly, Markle’s approval rating in the UK is“less than 22%”.In addition, she referred to the Duchess of Sussex as a “liar” for her assertion that she did not do any research on the royal family prior to her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018.
Kelly then pointed out that Markle called Prince Harry “my husband” in an episode of the latter’s podcastArchetypeswhen she was “talking about him helping her get the kids ready in the morning.”

Not only that, but Kelly also voiced her thoughts about Markle’s decision toskip King Charles III’s coronationin May 2023, asThe Daily Mailreported. She remarked:
“I’m glad she’s [Markle] not going. Who wants to sit and look at her try to pretend like she’s there in any way supportive of the royal family? She hates them, despite the fact that they made her a megastar.”
Well, Kelly never appears content when talking about Markle. However, it appears that this is merely one viewpoint. It does not seem like Prince Harry’s wife has responded to the podcast host’s criticism of her.
