In the song, Cole referred to himself, Lamar, and Drake as the“big three”in the music industry. Lamar’s response came in an uncredited verse in Metro Boomin and Future’sLike That, where he dissed both Cole and Drake.

Drake’s responsediss trackPush Upstook direct jabs at theMother I Sobersinger. He wrote in his song that Lamar’s last album“bricked”and that the record label was finding excuses to keep him under contract.Lamar’s latest release, Euphoria, slams the Canadian singer as a“scam artist”and calls him a“pathetic master manipulator.”He further took several shots at Drake’s biracial identity.
However, before the situation got this ugly between the two singers, they had a friendly working relationship, and Drake collaborated with Lamar for his 2013 trackPoetic Justice. The song was produced by American record producer Scoop DeVille. Interestingly, the song is a tale of love and lust and highlights the internal struggles of Lamar. Drake contributed to the second verse of the song.
Drake is reportedly planning his next move against Lamar, as revealed byDJ Akademiks. The rapper has left an ominous response for fans via Akademiks, sharing,“See you soon… I’m energized by the elimination of Drake.”Fans are eagerly waiting for the next move from the singer.
