The Gup Sorting trial is one of the harder ones to figure out. It’s a puzzle trial that involvesusing the Minerto sort Gups, Geeps, and Gips. The only problem is that the only way to figure out how to sort the Gup is by understanding the contextual clues. Or by reading a guide.

How To Solve Gup Sorting Providence Trial
There are five separate zones in this Providence Trial(pictured above), excluding the places above this zone with multiple large Gup and one medium-sized Geep.The solution to the trial is to split the Gup and Geep into smaller variants and herd them to certain areas.To figure out what goes where, we need to look at themetal steeleson this map. The tallest metal pillar represents Gups, the largest variant; the medium-sized steeles represent the Geep, the middle variants, and the shortest steeles represent Gip, the smallest variant. The order becomes as follows.
Achieving this is somewhat complicated. There arethree large Gups, one in Zone 1 and two above him and amedium-sized Geepin Zone 3.Leave the large Gup in Zone 1 alone,as you need a large Gup to be in Zone one, and the ones above him can’t drop down as they are.Split the Geep in Zone 3into two smaller Gip. Lead them both down to Zone 5.
Split the large Gup in the top right into two Geep. Lead both of them down to Zone 2(use the push ability). Split one of the Geep into two Gip, and lead one of them to Zone 5 and one of them to Zone 4. This is the difficult part, as it’s difficult to separate the two smaller Gip without killing them outright.
Now go to thetop left Gup and split him into two Geep. Lead one down to Zone 2 and one down to Zone 3. If done correctly, this will complete the Gup Sorting Providence Trial.
