Elden Ringis full of bosses, and while many of them are optional, there are some story campaign bosses that you need to defeat before continuing the story, such as Rennala Queen of the Full Moon.
Elden Ringhas been out for almost a week now, but players still have so much to discover and so many bosses to kill, except for speedrunners, of course!
If you are new to the Souls-Borne series, don’t be afraid of dying too much. It’s already a sign that you have learned so many things, but you know, there is just so much to learn as you go forward.
Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon is a campaign boss, and she is pretty tough to defeat, but instead, killing her will grant you some worthy rewards that you wouldn’t want to miss.
Rennala Queen of the Full Moon Location and Rewards
Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon islocated inside the Academy of Raya Lucaria in the Lirunia of The Lakes. Be aware that you won’t be able to enter the academy until you get the Glintstone Key.
The fight against Rennala will take place in two phases. During the first phase, you should break the queen’s shield by damaging her followers and then attack her. This is a fairly easy part to finish.
The second phase, however, includes the direct attacks from the queen using her magic and spells. You will need to dodge many attacks and spells until you find an opportunity to hit Rennala. you’re able to use weapons with persisting effects like bleeding or poisoning to add more damage to your small hits.
If you manage to kill Rennala, you will receive40K Runes, Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen, and Great Rune of the Unborn.
What makes this boss worthy enough to kill aside from being a campaign boss is the fact that you may respec your character with the Great Rune of the Unborn after killing Rennala.
