The next English set is called Journey Together, and it brings Trainer’s Pokemon back to the series, which are ‘Mons with a human character’s name in them. Destined Rivals continues this trend, as it features cards from the upcomingHot Wind Arena set, which has Trainer’s Pokemon involving characters like Ethan and Cynthia.
Destined Rivals is also expected to contain cards from the Japanese Glory of Team Rocket set, which will featureTrainer’s Pokemonbased on the infamous villains fromPokemon Red & Blue. Giovanni and Giovanni’s Mewtwo are expected to be featured cards in the set.

Vicious Costco brawls aside, the Destined Rivals set is going to include lots of exciting cards. The long time before launch means that the Pokemon Company has plenty of time to reveal some of the highlights of the set.
