After a special Spotlight Hour event inPokemon Golast week featuring as many as four Pokemon, Niantic has switched back to the regular event for this week, with quite an uncommon Pokemon featuring this time around.

The month of June has tons of surprises for Pokemon fans, starting off with a massive Water Festival to celebrate the onset of the summer season. We saw Beach Week featuring a wide range of Water Pokemon, and there are some more exciting events remaining this month, ranging fromRaid Hours to a Team Go Rocket eventas well. As usual, there will be weekly Spotlight Hours as well, which for a change, feature some really cool Pokemon.
For the second Spotlight Hour of June 2023, Pokemon Go will be featuring Binacle, theRock Water-type Pokemonhailing fromGeneration 6, that Kalos region. The event will be starting at6 pm local time, and players will get one hour to make the most of the event. During the course of the event, players will see Binacle more often in the wild. So, if you are looking for Binacle in particular or just trying to get some candies, it is the best time to go Pokemon hunting.
Pokemon Go Binacle Spotlight Hour June 2023 Shiny Status & Bonuses
When it comes to the shiny status, there is some good news for fans, as Shiny Binacle is indeed present in Pokemon Go. The shiny variant has quite a unique color combination, with theorange and brown areas of the body replaced with pink and green, respectively. You should be able to differentiate quite easily between them, so that shouldn’t be a problem. That being said, do note that the shiny rates remain the same for this event, so it might still be quite difficult to get your hands on the Pokemon.
Additionally, players will get twice the amount of candy they usually get for catching Pokemon, so if you are looking to level up your Pokemon, it is a good idea to take part in the event. The bonuses apply to all Pokemon, which makes the event much more fruitful for players.
