Persona 3 Reloadwill have players meeting and starting social links with many of their classmates. While unlocking some social links will seem fairly straightforward, others will require the player to first progress another social link before meeting another character.
Yuko is one of these characters players will need to meet by first completing another social link. She can be met fairly early in the game and is a good option to rank up early to power up your Strength Personas.

Unlocking Yuko & Availability
Players canmeet Yuko after joining the Track Team, which can bejoined on 4/23and will also begin the social link withKazushi Miyamoto.After practice, the player will be able to offer to walk home with Yuko. She will decline the first time, but afteranother Track Team practice, asking againwill have her saying yes and begin her social link. Yuko can be found to theright outside of your classroom on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
