There are a few different ways to fuse Mothman, but first, players will need toprogress through Tartarus to floor 82.By defeating the Gatekeeper of this floor, players will get the Vibrant Feather, which allows them to fuse Mothman. One of the ways to obtainMothman is by fusing Queen Medb and Jikokuten,butone of them will need to get Agilao through previous fusion,making this the more situational way to complete this request.
The more common way will be tofuse Sati with Shiisaa, as Sati knows Agilao innatelyand can pass it on.Shiisaa can be found through Shuffle Time in the first few floors of the Yabbashah block, whileSati can be fused using Naga and Mitra.It also won’t matter how either of these Personas is obtained, as Sati will always learn Agilao and can always pass it on when fusing Mothman.
