How To Fuse Hell Biker
Fusing Hell Biker isdirectly tied to finishing Shinjiro’sLinked Episodesbefore the events of October 4th.Starting on 10/5 and any day after, players will be able tovisit Aragaki’s Room on the second floor of the dorm,being the first door on the left side of the hall.Entering and examining his deskwill let the player collect Shinjiro’s old gear, along withobtaining the Incomplete Formif his Linked Episodes were completed before his death.
The dates ofShinjiro’s Linked Episodes are 9/11, 9/13, 9/14, 9/15, and 9/16.There are a total of four Linked Episodes to be completed before his death, with one extra that won’t pass time, with this meetup with Mitsuru in his room acting as the end to his story. After obtaining the Incomplete Form, head to the Velvet Room, where Hell Biker can now be fused. ThisPersona is level 65 and can be fused using a Rangda and Hariti.
