Palworldis a pretty massive game that allows you to travel around the world collecting Pals. Considering there are so many different Pals (138 in total), you will find that your inventory gets full quickly. Whether you’re just gathering items Pals have dropped,exploring dungeonsthat are full of loot, or your inventory is full of Pal Spheres, you will quickly realize the need for a new inventory system.

One type of item you can find in the game is called a Key Item. These will be located in a different area of the player inventory, and usually are pretty important items that you will need. However, some items can be pretty useless at times.

What Are Key Items?
Key items are important items in your inventory.you’re able to find the different Partner Skill items you have crafted, pouches, and other important items in this section of your inventory. A lot of players want to get rid of the items in this section they don’t need either because they want a cleaner inventory, or they are afraid that the Key Items will take up space in their inventory. Whilegetting rid of your Palsmay be easy, getting rid of Key Items certainly is not.
While you do have a limit carrying capacity (here’s a guide to help you increase it), Key Items don’t actually weigh anything. Therefore, if that is what you’re worried about, you can rest easy.
How To Drop Key Items
The truth of the matter is that you cannot drop Key Items. Even if you go to that section of your inventory and try to drag the Key Items to the “drop” or “remove” sections, it just won’t work. I even tried dragging the items out of the inventory screen altogether, dragging them to the regular section of the inventory, and I tried dragging them into containers around the world.As of right now, these Key Items cannot be dropped. However, fans have made it known that they want the option to get rid of these items. Hopefully, the developers will soon listen and add this feature.Until then,make sure you keep your server up to date, so you won’t miss out on any features they add.
How To Drop Key Items For Other Players
For playerswho are playing with friends, you may be wondering how you can give your friend a Key Item. As of now, the only way that this can be done is if you craft the item yourself and leave it on the workbench. If you don’t pick the item up, your friend can come by and pick it up. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to give them any Key Items that you have already picked up and claimed as your own.
