The importance of the mysterious Ancient Weapons has significantly increased inOne Pieceever since Vegapunk mentioned them in his broadcast to the whole world. The scientist finally made the revelation that an Ancient Weapon was used to destroy the Lulusia Kingdom, confirming its power and its danger in the narrative.

Although details about the Ancient Weapons are being slowly brought out to theOne Piecefans, they still don’t know how or what they look like, except Poseidon. The other two Ancient Weapons, Pluton and Uranus, are still lost in the world, with the Straw Hat Pirates and Law being the only characters to know the location of Pluton.
Thus, fans have been confused about whether these weapons are actually weapons, some kind of creature, or a person just like Poseidon. While there is no way to confirm this, aOne Piecetheory hints that maybe, just like Poseidon, the second Ancient Weapon is also a person who can control an element with the voice of all things.

The Origins of Pluton inOne Piece
The Ancient WeaponPluton was first mentioned by Crocodile during the Alabasta saga; however, the discussion about it went silent until the Water 7 arc. It was during the Water 7 arc thatOne Piecefans found out that Pluton was supposed to be some kind of weapon-enhanced warship that was capable of destroying islands with a single shot.

While the location of Pluton itself was unknown, Franky possessed the blueprints of the warship given to him by Tom, his former mentor. The blueprints were kept intact, as they could have helped build a second Pluton if the first one was used by the wrong people. But Franky burned those blueprints to stop them from getting into the hands of the World Government.
But the narrative of Pluton was once again ignited when Kouzuki Sukiyaki was questioned by Robin about its location in Wano. Sukiyaki revealed thatPluton was actually buriedbeneath the ancient Wano deep into the sea, and it would take the destruction of Wano’s borders to retrieve it.

One PieceTheory Claims Pluton is Actually A Person
According to a theory posted byu/IzzaPizza22on Reddit, Pluton is not actually the Warship laced with weapons, but it is actually a person who possesses the voice of all things, just like Poseidon. AsOne Piecefans know, Poseidon is Shirahoshi, and her power is to control the strongest natural element of the sea, the Sea Kings.
The theory states that just like Shirahoshi can control the Sea Kings, Pluton is a person (possibly Momonosuke) who can control Zunesha, and the weapon that is hidden beneath Wano is actually a battle armor that can be placed on Zunesha to destroy other islands. The theory makes sense because if the weapon hidden beneath Wano had actually been Pluton,Eiichiro Odawould not have introduced its blueprints to keep the mystery of the Ancient Weapon.

Thus, there is a high chance that Momonosuke is actually Pluton, who can control not only Zunesha but also the borders of Wano. And when the time comes, he will bring out the battle armor, place it on Zunesha, and use it for the final battle against the World Government, which is the highest authority inOne Piece.
