Not only that, it was also revealed that the Man Marked by Flames has a Devil Fruit power that can create ocean vortexes that swallow up any ships that come too close to him.
As theOne Piecestory has entered the final saga,Eiichiro Odawill have to reveal the identity of the Man Marked by Flames sooner or later. Considering the ongoing narrative, the Elbaph arc would be the best moment for his disclosure along with the many other secrets that have been revealed till now.

According to aOne Piecetheory posted byu/Responsible_Camp_312on Reddit, the Man Marked by Flames is actually Rocks D. Xebec. This comes from the fact that as of now, Xebec is one of the very few characters whose face has not been revealed yet. There is a chance that his face may show a resemblance to Blackbeard, but it is also possible that it might be “marked by flames.”
There were some speculations aboutGaban being the Man Marked by Flames, but as he was a Devil Fruit user and Gaban’s face has already been revealed, he has been cleared of the assumptions. Also, Gaban is one of the few characters who was a part of the God Valley Incident and actually knows what happened in the gruesome battle.
