Akatosh-themed gear can be obtainedby completing theside quest “A Wound in Time.”To start this quest, speak with Ilav Dralgoner, who can be found just outside the refugee camp. When talking to him,select the “Disappearances” dialogue option.
Mehrunes-themed gear is unlocked by completingthe “Burning Trail” side quest. This quest begins when you pick up an interactable note pinned on a barrel near the Dragon statue in Talos Plaza in the Imperial City.
Since the game was shadow-dropped, there were no pre-order bonuses available. You’ll receive the same version of the game, regardless of when you purchase it.
