The Tempus Razorback is the fourth Assault Rifle to be added to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, making its debut for Season 4. While this weapon may seem intriguing, the Tempus Razorback is practically beaten out by every other Assault Rifle in every given stat category. However, with the right attachments, thislightweight Assault Riflecan become a force to be reckoned with.
Unlocking The Tempus Razorback
The Tempus Razorback is afree rewardtied to theSeason 4 Battle Pass, and can befound at Sector D9. The quickest way to reach Sector D9 is to first unlock all the rewards in Sectors D1, D3, and D7. Next, obtain all rewards within D9 to be able to claim the Tempus Razorback.
There are also two alternative methods to get the Tempus Razorback. The first is toextract it in Warzone 2 DMZ. The second is to obtain a blueprint variant of the Tempus Razorback, though this will likely be through purchasing a Store Bundle.

Best Warzone 2 Tempus Razorback Build
Our below Tempus Razorback build provides a drastic increase in recoil control, damage range, and bullet velocity. This makes it the perfect build to use across ranges, but does fall on the slower side when it comes to mobility and handling.

Best Perk Package
Base Perks
Bonus Perk (Earned in Match)
Ultimate Perk (Earned in Match)
Double Time & Scavenger
Fast Hands
For both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, we recommend creating a custom Perk Package. For your first perk, go ahead and chooseDouble Time. Double Time provides an increase in your tactical sprint duration - thus making up for the loss in mobility. Additionally, takeScavengeralways to keep your ammunition stocked high.
Fast Handsis a considerable choice for your Bonus Perk slot, as it will provide you with an increased reload speed. Finally, takeQuick Fixas your Ultimate Perk. This option is great for aggressive players, as you will be able to kickstart your health regeneration upon eliminating players.

For Warzone 2,drop Scavenger for Overkill. Gathering ammunition is relatively easy in Battle Royal, and taking an additional primary is far more important.
Secondary Recommendations
The Tempus Razorback is an all-round great weapon for most circumstances, thus eliminating the need to consider a swap-to-secondary. In this case, go ahead and equip a launcher. TheJOKRand thePILAare the only two options we recommend in this regard. Both launchers are capable of locking onto enemy killstreaks, thus proving a benefit for both yourself and your team.
For Warzone 2 however, consider taking a Sniper Rifle. Such a weapon will provide you with the means of engaging opponents at a considerable distance - something that the Tempus Razorback isn’t necessarily capable of doing.TheVictus XMRandtheMCPR-300are two of the best weapons within their category. Alternatively, you may also considertheFJX Imperium, which dropped for Season 3.
