TheFury multiplier, which can be found at the top of the screen, goes up and down throughout the game depending on your ability to stay on beat. If you do a good job, the multiplier will go up, and you’ll receive aboost to your damage and score. Increasing your Fury will also allow you to listen to an increasingly more complete version of the songs, completewith vocals at max level.

How To Passively Increase Your Fury

The easiest way to increase your Fury is to try to play the game as it was intended – namely as arhythm FPS. Music is an integral part of this game, so it helps to pay close attention to the songs andtry to do everything on beat. This includes not just combat but also other actions likejumping and reloading. Failing to follow the beat will quickly drain your Fury, as will taking damage.

Needless to say, you’ll probably have an easier time staying on beatif you enjoy the music, which isn’t hard to do at all if you’re a metalhead. But, even if you’re not, you can still perform well by using specific weapons and Sigils. Fast dual-wielded weapons likeThe HoundsandThe Hellcroware particularly suitable for a genre like metal, as is theTerminussword.

How To Actively Increase Your Fury

If you’re good at staying on beat, you’ll never have to worry about Fury because it will increase naturally – especially if you’re using the aforementioned Sigils. But there are a couple of extra things you can do to speed up the process.

First off, always keep an eye out forFury boosts. These power-ups are scattered across every Hell and come in multiple variants. Some will only boost your Fury multiplier by one level, while others will instantly push it to the max. It’s best to be strategic and use these boosts only when your Fury is low or quickly dropping.

Increasing your Fury when you’re not in combat is a bit trickier but not impossible thanks toPaz. The living skull is not exactly one ofthe best weapons in Metal: Hellsinger, but it’s far from being useless since itgenerates Fury with each shot. Shots with Paz don’t increase your Fury by a lot, but you can shoot with it constantly since itdoesn’t require reloading.
