This awakening has indicated that Itadori might finally be able to unlock his innate cursed technique, which has been a big mystery for the fans.

However, a recent theory that has surfaced on the internet states that Itadori’s innate cursed technique might have been long before foreshadowed by his mentor and the fan-favorite character Gojo Satoru. He might have also hinted at what kind of cursed technique Itadori would awaken in the future.
Fan Theory Suggests Gojo Satoru Might Have Already Hinted At Itadori Yuji’s Cursed Technique
Although Itadori has been seen using cursed energy techniques inJujutsu Kaisenquite a lot of the time, most of them are manipulation techniques that only focus on the ability to control the flow of energy and use it normally. Some examples of this are Divergent Fist and Black Flash. They are effective but not as strong as Innate cursed techniques.

He claimed that because Itadori is a vessel for Sukuna and he can still keep control of his consciousness, his body will, in due time, learn Sukuna’s cursed technique.
Therefore, Itadori awakening his innate cursed technique means that he will most likely be able to use the same cursed techniques as Sukuna and fight the King of Curses on equal grounds. However, Sukuna has a lot of experience with his cursed technique, which indicates that it might prove to be big trouble for Itadori.
What Could Be Itadori Yuji’s Innate Technique?
If the theory holds any credence and Itadori does in fact awaken the power to use the innate cursed technique, it cannot be guessed what kind of innate technique he gets his hands on. This is because Sukuna’s innate cursed technique has also not been completely revealed inJujutsu Kaisen.
Granted that he has used an array of cursed techniques like dismantle, cleave, and spiderweb, none of them are his innate techniques. However, many fans believe that Sukuna’s innate technique is the ability to copy others’s techniques, as seen in his fights against Jogo and Gojo Satoru.

Therefore, there is a strong chance that both Sukuna and Itadori can copy cursed techniques infinitely, just like Yuta Okkotsu can do in his domain expansion. It would serve as a great link between the three main characters ofJujutsu Kaisen.
