So the newJujutsu Kaisenchapter starts with Charles using a weapon that looks like a big GPen. His Cursed Technique is called G-Battlestaff. He then states how all the mangaka experience a different universe in their minds. Charles looks disappointed and states that he lost his motivation, both as a reader and as a creator.
Charles is ready for the battle as all the conditions for his Cursed Technique to work are fulfilled. A tiny flaming square unleashes from the pen onto Hakari’s chest. Hakari tries to evade the attack but gets thrown to the ground instead. Charles CT imprints a manga panel on the opponent which allows him to see one second into the future. And as the fight will progress, he will be able to see into the future for a longer time.
Charles then slashes Hakari’s cheek using his GPen to which, Hakari comments if it is okay to hurt people with a mangaka pen. Charles replies by making him remind him about the incident between Ozora Tsubasa and Kanda. Hakari notices that even though Charles can see into the future, he continuously checks if the prediction was correct. As a result, Hakari decides to utilize these blind spots.
Hakari is also prepared, and he releases his Domain Expansion. His technique is referred to as Zasatsu Bakuto, and it will probably make Charles' CT useless. Charles calls Hakari’s Cursed Technique rough and thorny, to which, Hakari replies that otaku like him are provoked easily, and attack people just for the sake of quarreling.
