This trend gets specially rigid for actors appearing in high-scale fantasy movies or the superhero genre. Recently theDeadpool & Wolverinemovie has been gathering all the hype and fans are going gaga yet again over the actor’s physique.
Hugh Jackman is playing Wolverine in the movie and has been serving body goals for all those watching. The actor worked tremendously hard to sculpt his body at his age, and fit the ‘superhero mould’. During promotional interviews he revealed his secret to get into shape and it shocked the fans.

Hugh Jackman’s dedication for getting into an unachievable shape for his role as Wolverine in theDeadpool & Wolverinemovie, is truly commendable. While appearing onThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actor talked about the journey he undertook to gain the iconic look.
It look so good, it feels so good. Except when you’re urinating it does not feel good. It’s like a labyrinth getting there. Worth it.

TheLoganlead revealed that he ate 6000 calories for his diet and while fans loved the yellow suit, Jackman joked that it was hard to ‘pee in’. Jackman has had a history of going shirtless for almost all of his appearance in theX-Menmovies so he is not new to workout routines. But the actor mentioned that the real challenge was consuming enough calories.
It’s 6000 calories, and it’s not the calories you necessarily want. Like half a pizza is 6000 calories. But no this is chicken, and it’s tilapia and beans. Tilapia and beans. I don’t know why tilapia. It must be some fish that is lean and green beans.

This is the final scene whenDeadpool & Wolverineare holding hands and the latter’s shirt is ripped off, showing his impeccable abs.
There’s one particular scene where I really wanted to focus on how I looked. And Shawn said ‘Where do you want to do that scene?’ And I said ‘Let’s just put it to the end.’
