The popular isekai genre anime, In Another World With My Smartphone, returned with a new season this April, it’s nearly time for fans to enjoy the newest episode of season 2. The creators are silent about the premise of the upcoming episode, and there’s no promotional video either, but given the incidents of the previous episode, episode 3 will see Touya’s adventure in the Babylon workshop and helping the slaves to get employed.

What Happened Previously On In Another World With My Smartphone?
During their journey to the Sandora Kingdom in the midst of a desert, the group came across a peculiar sight — a glass creature, known as a Phrase, pursuing a group of individuals. Touya had another encounter with Ende, who once again came to their aid and successfully defeated the Phrase. It was then revealed by Ende that the barrier safeguarding the world against the invading Phrases was deteriorating, making it easier for them to hunt for their leader. Ende soon disappeared by teleportation. Rebecca, the leader of a group of adventurers who were assisting escaped slaves to reach safety, was offered refuge in Belfast by Yumina. Touya disclosed that Ende was a foreigner who he had previously helped to join the adventurers' guild.
In a surprising turn of events, Francesca disclosed that Regina had constructed a robot suit with the intention of using it as a weapon against the Phrases. This suit was kept in a vehicle hangar on Babylon Island. Meanwhile, while excavating the Ruin, Touya was unexpectedly transported to the Babylon Workshop, where he came across Rosetta. After subjecting him to a flirtatious and risqué guessing game, Rosetta kissed him, which recorded his DNA. Rosetta then revealed that the workshop was an exceptional tool capable of creating any item. Encouraged by this, Touya used the workshop to create an improved pistol-sword using mithril.
With the intent of merging the Workshop Island with the Garden Island, Touya dispatched the former to Belfast. Meanwhile, Rebecca requested Touya’s help in finding employment for the slaves, so he agreed to temporarily take them under his care.
