Since a lot of the backdrop of the movie was based in high-society settings to match Bruce Wayne’s billionaire status, some of the scenes were filmed in popular locations that fit Christopher Nolan’s vision. One such place happened to be the building of the infamous businessman and 45th president of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

We were filming on ‘Batman’ in Trump Tower and he said, come on up to the office.

Bale revealed that part of the movie was shot on Trump Tower. Since the movie’s filming was very well-known at the time, he got an opportunity to meet the businessman in person in his office.

Rather than correcting him for the mix-up, he took it as the joke it was and leaned into it. He continued to perform during their meeting, and it became quite a funny interaction for the Oscar-winning actor. Bale went on to add that he had no idea about Trump’s political future at the time. That only seemed to add to the bizarreness of the whole situation.
