According to the director, his exMira Sorvinohad told him of an incident she had with the movie mogul, and he also knew about the settlement that the disgraced film producer had reached with Rose McGowan. Talking about the events, Tarantino revealed, that Sorvino had told him about the incident where he allegedly chased her around the hotel room and began massaging her.
I was shocked and appalled. I couldn’t believe he would do that so openly. I was like: ‘Really? Really?’ But the thing I thought then, at the time, was that he was particularly hung up on Mira.

Harvey Weinstein’s lawyers allege he is being mistreated in prison
Harvey Weinstein has been in jail since 2018 and lodged at Rikers Island Prison since his 2020 r*pe conviction. While in prison, the former Hollywood A-lister was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia and has been undergoing treatment for the same.
However, according to his lawyers, he is being deliberately mistreated in prison and they fear he might die in thetorture chamber or medieval dungeon. They also allege that he has been wearing blood-spattered clothes, wearing the same underwear for weeks, being forced to be in freezing temperatures, and even being denied basic medical treatment for cancer (viaThe Hollywood Reporter).

Hence, his lawyers have filed a lawsuit against New York City, alleging that he is receiving negligent medical care and perishing ingulagconditions. Seeking $5 million in damages, his legal team has also been pushing for him to be held full-time at the Bellevue Hospital given the laundry list of medical conditions he has apart from cancer, which includes diabetes, coronary artery disease, sleep apnea, severe dental issues, thyroid, and more.
