Genshin Impact 2.4adds the Enkanomiya area, which is like the Dragonspine of Inazuma, you’ll most notably have to go through an overarching World Quest, The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent - here’s how to clear its sub-objective Trail of Drake and Serpent & the solution to the secret room puzzle.
How to Solve The Trail of Drake and Serpent Secret Room puzzle in Enkanomiya
After reaching the Evernight Temple and examining the three blue dots shown on your map to display the trails, you’ll find this mechanism: a Daise of Day and Night.

Activate it and some Rifthounds will spawn. If you can’t activate it, switch Enkanomiya from Evernight to Whitenight or vice-versa. Once you defeat the Rifthounds you’ll have access to a room with a puzzle.
Secret Room Puzzle in Enkanomiya
The room has a Triangular Device that moves around a door, and two switches that open or close metal doors - you’ll need to start the left switch, hit the Triangular Device three times, then start the left switch. See how I do it in the video below:
Once you’ve done that, the puzzle is solved and you’ll be able to access the secret room with the Reins of Revival Fragment. After defeating a group of Rifthounds.
Now you still have the Heart of Ouroboros and Dreams in the Gaps sub-quests if you haven’t cleared them yet.

miHoYo just released the Enkanomiya area. I personally don’t recommend going through everything using the map and guides as it kills the fun of exploration. But keep them in reach in case you need some assistance.
