He criticized those players who blame their teams when they get a high damage score and very little kills, explaining that their focus should be on getting little damage and more kills.

This is because when Duelists inflict damage, the Strategists in the enemy team are able to heal their teammates. This not only boosts their health but also feeds the Ultimate ability of that particular Strategist. Duelists are specifically targeted because they inflict the most damage, so players could try out this playstyle if they are struggling to get wins.
