4-Set Of Thief Of Shooting Meteor
The 2-Set of Thief of Shooting Meteor will increase Pela’s Break Effect by 16 percent. The 4-Set will increase Pela’s Break Effect further by 16 percent. When Pela inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, she will regenerate 3 Energy.The Thief of Shooting Meteor will make it much easier for Pela to break enemies and debuff them consistently.This will allow the Main DPS of the team to knock them out in less hits, therefore ending the battle early. 5-Star Light Cone: In The Name Of The World
In the Name of the World will give Pela an increase of 24 percent to her DMG to debuffed enemies. When Pela uses her Skill, the Effect Hit Rate for it will increase by 18 percent, and ATK will increase by 24 percent.In the Name of the World will be perfect for Pela, allowing her to have a large boost on her attacks against debuffed enemies. Since she will already have applied debuffs to them, this will make her damage output extraordinary.
4-Star Light Cone: Good Night And Sleep Well
Good Night and Sleep Well, for every debuff a target enemy has, will increase the DMG dealt by Pela by 12 percent, stacking up to three times. This effect also applies to DoT (Damage over Time). Similar to In the Name of the World,this Light Cone will allow Pela to deal increased damage to enemies that are debuffed, which she will apply to them first and then deal additional Ice DMG.
3-Star Light Cone: Void
Void will allow Pela’s Effect Hit Rate to increase by 20 percent for 3 turns at the start of the battle.As a beginner weapon for Pela, Void is your best bet. It will increase her Effect Hit Rate significantly, which will allow her to apply debuffs to enemies to make them easier to take down.
