Back in 2012, both rappers made their appearance at the BET Awards. However, rumors began to circulate about the duo engaging in an intense brawl that turned into a physical fight.
While the involved parties did not acknowledge the reports, MediaTakeOut.com reported about it first. While the media outlet has deleted all the information about the same,SOHH.comquoted what the site revealed about the boiling tension between the duo.
The outlet even obtained now-deleted photos about50 Centand music mogul P. Diddy’s fight at that point.Explaining the whole situation, the outlet reported,
“Here’s what happened. Diddy and 50 started cracking jokes BACK AND FORTH – in a friendly way. But at some point, 50 started getting UPSET. His jokes went from PLAYFUL . .. to DISRESPECTFUL. Fifty eventually got so RILED UP . . . that he called Diddy a “b*tch.”

Around the same time, Machine Gun Kelly made an appearance on Power 105.1’sThe Breakfast Club. There he gave a further insight into what happened at the awards show. The rapper claimed that theGet Rich or Die Tryin’rapper approached the Bad Boy Records founder in his trailer and made a few sarcastic comments before the fight.
In the interview, he mentioned viaSOHH.com,
“Right before that happened Fifty came up to Puff – I think it was the other way around…I don’t like to stay in one place I like to roam and just look at people so I was just roaming through the trailers and I just remember Fifty coming up outside of Puff’s trailer.”
He continued,
“But Puff was on the inside of his trailer so he said to somebody and was like, ‘What kind of money Puff say he was getting again? I can count that sh-t on one hand man’…I thought it was all funny and sarcastic and then two seconds later the whole Gunplay thing popped off.”
While the rumored fight made headlines for quite a while, not much information about the event surfaced. There were no charges or arrests resulted which further led the rumors to just settle down. Since then, the duo have continued to keep up with their on-off feud.
