Indiana Jones has been a character that never fails to amaze and impress every time he comes on screen. Everything about the character is as iconic and classy as it gets in mainstream media. The latest game based on the charismatic archaeologist has received a full-fledged reveal during the Xbox Developer Direct showcase.
Fans are excited not just to see the character in action, but also to play him as he ventures across exotic locations and uncovers mysteries. The game was revealed to be coming in 2024, and as it is, the title might make some PlayStation fans jealous, as it will be exclusive to Xbox Series X/S and PC. It has been a long time since the profound and impactful character had a title centered around him, and fans are reacting to the newly released details.
Fans React to the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Reveal
Since the upcoming title focused on Indy is a console exclusive and will most likely never make its way to the PlayStation console lineup, reactions from fans are all the more expressive. That is because while some fans put forth points worth considering, others seem bitter due to the title’s exclusivity.
This is true for any title that is a PlayStation or Xbox exclusive and it is all thanks to the fact that the console war will never end, even after Microsoft publicly admitted to losing it, at least in the current generation.

It makes sense because whenever one thinks of an action-adventure title set in exotic locations involving puzzle solving and mystery, games from theTomb RaiderandUnchartedseries flash in front of one’s eyes. All of these are from a third person perspective, as it allows better maneuverability while one slips, slides, ziplines, and uses a whip to swing across gaps.
However, the fact that it is first-person also means it will stand in a different zone than the other titles mentioned above. This was highlighted by a user that said:

While the game has impressed enough people, it would not be wise to jump to conclusions regarding its quality. Many titles have been excellent to watch during reveals and trailers, but have been below average when they come out. That said, the game will be picked up by fans of Indy who want to feel like him.
