Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 4 – Absolute Doomhas finally arrived, and brings with it a roster of Marvel characters that fans have been eagerly waiting for.
Previously, players have had the chance to play as iconic characters like Tony Stark, Thanos, and Captain America among others. This time around, the Battle Pass has introduced new characters like Emma Frost, Shuri, Gwenpool, and more.
Along with them, we’re also met withFortnite’soriginal characters who now don outfits that resemble some of Marvel’s greatest.
Fortnite Welcomes New Heroes (And Villains)
Before we get into the list, it’s important to note that every character has a unique cosmetic in the game, and some of them carry gameplay mechanics in the form of special items or dedicated points of interest.

Like Deadpool, Gwenpool holds the ability to break through the fourth wall and has a fascinating grip over her presence in Marvel’s narrative. Just like her quirky and unpredictable personality in the comics, her outfit has multiple variations in this season’s Battle Pass.

Emma Frost gracefully lands intoAbsolute Doomwith multiple variants, including a bonus outfit available to unlock for Battle Pass holders. Just like her character in the comics, her Diamond Form holds a special place in the season this time.

Upon defeating her in the game, you can acquire the ability to reveal enemy players’ locations. Quite reminiscent of something that sits at home with her powers of telepathy and high intellect.
The master of hallucinations has arrived at theFortniteisland and brings with him a special shotgun and stealth ability that players can acquire upon defeating him. There’s also a neat variant of Mysterio’s outfit you can earn from the Battle Pass.
The highly manipulative character can be found in Doomstadt this season. Maybe it’s time to dress up as Spidey and show him who’s the boss. Unless, of course, you’re too keen on keeping your identity anonymous.
Innovation, intelligence, and courage come naturally to Shuri, and her presence this season isn’t going to go unnoticed. As part ofFortnite, players can unlock her towards the end of the Battle Pass pages.
As one of the most beloved characters in the Marvel universe, Shuri rose from her place in the Black Panther narrative to someone who later crosses paths with characters like Storm and Doctor Doom.
The season’s spotlight falls on Victor Von Doom, one of Marvel’s most intelligent and egocentric characters. His outfit can be unlocked from 5th September onwards, with the help of challenges unique to his presence inFortnite.
