Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Nightis the second anime film in the SAO series. The Japanese sci-fi animation film is based on light novels written by Reki Kawahara. The prequel movie focuses on Kirito and Asuna, and it came out in Japanese theatres on July 22, 2025.
