Each of Sanctuary’s 5 regions has a different number ofAltars of Lilithlocated throughout. Kehjistan holds 31 of these treasures. While some are obvious and easy to find, others can be tricky or require you to progress further in the story. However, most Altars of Lilith can be found out in the open world itself.

Since Kehjistan can be reached from either theDry Steppesto the north orHawezarto the east, the order that these Altars of Lilith can be reached will vary greatly. Collecting every Altar of Lilith in Kehjistan will requireconquering its three Strongholds, in addition to getting very far in the story.
