In aposton the PlayStation Blog, Bend Studio detailed some of the new accessibility features coming to Days Gone Remastered.

The post goes through the robust assortment of visual and audio features, as well as gameplay changes like the ability to change the game speed to help players deal with high-pressure situations.
Along with Days Gone Remastered on PS5, most of these new features will be coming to the PC version alongside the launch of the Broken Road DLC, which launchesat the same time as the remaster on April 25.

High Contrast Modes, Audio Cues, And Slower Game Speed
Days Gone Remastered will feature a thoroughly customizable high-contrast mode, with 11 different color options for enemies, interactable items, and the player to make them more visible in gameplay, along with the existing subtitle and high-contrast HUD options.
Players will be able to set these options from the initial setup menu before getting into the game when they launch it for the first time.

The remaster will also feature two new audio options, UI narration (which will not be available for the DLC on PC) and audio cues for collectibles to make them easier to locate, along with fully improved audio mixing.
UI narration will be enabled by default, and can be disabled from the initial setup menu.

This may come in particularly handy during the remaster’s new Horde Assault mode.
Other gameplay features include the option to recenter the camera on attack, adjustable vibration intensity and field of view, and making the auto-complete QTE feature available on difficulty settings besides easy mode.
