Cyberpunk 2077finally gets its own music video, one that reflects the dark vibes of the game’s Night City setting. CalledNo Save Pointand performed by Run the Jewels, it mixes music with some interesting and bizarre elements, imagery, and effects from the dark future world that also reflects the genre as a whole:
Your mileage may vary on the song of course but regardless you’ll be hearing the track in the game itself as well as in the official soundtrack.
November 19th was the original date thatCyberpunk 2077should have been releasing. But unfortunately, after going gold, the massively anticipated RPG waspushed back a couple of weeks to December 10thdue to developers CD Projekt Red having to finalize as many as nine different versions of the game, specifically fixing optimization issueson current-gen versions.
However, CD Projekt has been kind enough to offer us somethingCyberpunkn the form of anew Night City Wire. These events have run regularly over the last few months and have offered fans insights into a variety of different aspects of the game. The latest episodewill be focused on one of the most hotly anticipated aspects ofCyberpunk 2077, Keanu Reeves' character, Johnny Silverhand, as well as the game’s music (and “a lot more”).
Of course some “fans” took things to an unacceptable levelby sending threatsto developers due to the delay, one being Andrzej Zawadzki, Senior Game Designer forCyberpunk 2077.He sharedthe following messageon Twitter: “I understand you’re feeling angry, disappointed and want to voice your opinion about it. However, sending death threats to the developers is absolutely unacceptable and just wrong. We are people, just like you.” Zawadzki then went on to state that every threat is being taken seriously and reported to the authorities.
