That said, if Covert Sneakers are equipped, you’ll gain Running Sneakers effects. To be more specific, if you have used Covert Sneakers before to eliminate your footstep sounds, you can continue to use it with this vest. However, at this time, instead of eliminating your footsteps, it will provide you with the Running Sneakers effect. So, duplicate effects do not stack.
