Details started to float around after Xbox announced its Games Showcase for June 9th followed by [REDACTED] Direct. The “redacted” direct suggests aCall of Dutyevent that will officially revealBlack Ops Gulf War.
The name suggests the return fromCall of Dutystudio Treyarch who are known for theBlack Opstitles. The previousBlack Opsgame released in 2020 namedCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
If the rumors are true, Treyarch and Xbox could have a heavy hitter forCoDlater this year. Not only would fan favorite weapons return like the AK74u and the MP5 but also a classicCoDmap as well.
