STORM BRINGERwill show the incidents that took place in Chuuya’s life a year after he joined Port Mafia. The story is set after the infamous Arahabaki incident. Chuuya is only 16 and has already made a name in the organization. He is slowly gearing up to achieve an executive position.
The manga will also introduce a humanoid detective from Europole named Adam Frankenstein. Fans will have their first encounter with him as he rises from the wreckage of an airplane crash and asks around for Chuuya Nakahara. He will serve as a helping hand for Chuuya, who is set to go on an important mission.
