Andrew Garfield has had an impressive career so far and has starred in numerous critically acclaimed roles and movies. While he has certainly been very very lucky to have starred in some of the most fan-favorite roles of all time, the actor unfortunately has lost on numerous roles and replaced in some.
Despite being hailed by many as the best live-action Spider-Man, the actor was replaced by Tom Holland and now it seems he has been replaced in another project by the upcoming Hollywood sensation Jacob Elordi which has fans nodding their heads in disappointment.

Andrew Garfieldis an impeccable actor, performer, and artist with a surprising versatility to fit into any role he does. After showcasing his talents inThe Social NetworkandNever Let Me Go, the actor has gone on to star in critically acclaimed movies likeHacksaw RidgeandTick, Tick… Boom!
However, it was his role as the iconic web-slinger, Spider-Man inThe Amazing Spider-Manmovies that made him a world-famous star. Despite numerous comic book fans claiming his portrayal to be the best, he was shortly replaced byTom Holland.
After losing on to such an iconic role that made him an overnight star, Garfield has yet again been replaced by another Hollywood sensation,Jacob Elordiin what is supposed to be one of the most anticipated upcoming movies on Netflix.
Garfield was slated to portray the popular Frankenstein monster inGuillermo del Toro‘sFrankenstein. Having an impeccable cast and del Toro as the helmer, the movie was needless to say among fans’ ‘must-watch list’.
However, due to scheduling conflicts and numerous other projects on the way, Garfield is said to have exited the project, and Elordi has been reportedly roped in as a replacement (viaShowbiz411).

Fans Are Disappointed As Jacob Elordi Replaces Andrew Garfield
Jacob Elordi is definitely a wonderful actor but when it comes to Andrew Garfield, he is definitely not as good or as experienced, or even as versatile as the Oscar-nominated Andrew Garfield. Having showcased his talents inEuphoriaandSaltburn,the actor might be a good replacement for Garfield but fans reckon that not even the Hollywood sensation can do what Garfield is capable of as Frankenstein.
As soon as the news of theSpider-Manstar being replaced by Elordi hit social media, numerous fans went on to rant and exclaim their disappointment.

While the majority of fans are campaigning to have Garfield back in the film, Elordi did in fact receive support from his loyal fans but whether he can live up to the role and legacy of the character will be a feat worth watching.
Meanwhile,Frankensteindoesn’t have a release date yet but will be released on Netflix.
