The scandal surrounding the music mogul, P. Diddy continues to unravel with shocking revelations, the latest involving acclaimed rapper Jay-Z. A plaintiff filing a lawsuit against Sean Combs has alleged that Jay-Z r*ped them in 2000 when she was just 13 years old.

Along withJay-Z(Shawn Carter), the lawsuit also mentions Combs, who is also facing charges of racketeering, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, took part in the assault.

It further mentions a third individual, referred to as“Celebrity B,”who allegedly stood by and“watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor.”

While the female“Celebrity B”remains unnamed, Criminal defense lawyer Julia Jayne has recently toldFox News Digitalthat the individual is“100% lawyering up and probably reviewing a demand letter.”She also stated,

Likely, that celebrity’s name will come out, but no celebrity wants to be associated with this case, even as a witness. It would be negative publicity.

Defense attorney Oleg Nekritin added that accusations of aiding or participating in the assault of a minor could cause severe damage to acelebrity’s reputation and career.He suggested that without credible evidence, the accused celebrity would likely be unwilling to cooperate with the plaintiff.

Defense attorney Oleg Nekritin told Fox News Digital that accused celebrities will likely be advised“to fight like hell, first quietly, and then if named, loudly,”while noting the reputational damage associated with such allegations.

“Being accused of aiding and abetting or participating in a s*xual assault of a minor is terrible for one’s reputation and career,”he said. Nekritin also claimed that settling the casecould be interpreted as an implicit admissionof guilt, as he told Fox News Digital,

If the celebrity settles the case, it will be seen as an implicit admission of misconduct. Unless there is credible evidence of misconduct, the celebrity will not look to settle this case. Instead, the celebrity will look to fight and protect their name.

He also suggested,“There will be no chance of this celebrity cooperating with the plaintiff unless there is strong proof of the celebrity’s misconduct.”

Meanwhile, criminal defense attorney Lauren Johnson-Norris speculated that“Celebrity B”may have already consulted legal counsel, adding,“It is to be seen if Celebrity B will say she was there on her own free will or if she was a victim as well.”
