Minecraftis a near-perfect video game. From building and crafting just about anything that one can imagine to setting our adventures and journeys, there’s a reason why the game has remained so popular for the last decade and a half. However, it is an experience with a fair share of flaws.

Despite being a title that has been in continuous development for so long, a few quality-of-life features still need to be added to the game. That being said, though, a much-needed addition that fans have long been demanding is finally here, and it’ll make your item-collecting adventure a whole less of a pain.

After a Long and Arduous Wait, Minecraft Has Finally Added Bundles to the Game

While the players were busy creating the most unimaginable creationsinMinecraft, Mojang Studios seemed to be hard at work implementing some much-requested features into the game.

The first of these features is bundles, which, after being announced four years ago, are finally here for us to expand our carrying abilities. Bundles and Archeology were initially planned for the Caves & Cliffs update, announced inMinecraftLive 2020.

For those who didn’t test the experimental features, these bundles store different item types in the same inventory slot and stack said items up to a certain number, allowing for more space in the regular inventory and easier time during item-hunting.

So far, reactions to the release, while positive, have mainly centered on criticizingMojang Studiosfor being super late to the party and not focusing on such an essential in-game item for so long. The following comment to the announcement on Reddit succinctly sums up the community’s thoughts on the matter:

At the end of the day, however, it’s great to see the inventory problem being worked on and finally see some fixes inMinecraftinstead of more items in the shop. Now add the Flething table, Mojang, and we’re finally talking.

Ignoring the Problems, the Minecraft Community Continues to Soar to New Heights

From creating entire cities tobuilding a functioning computerinside the game, the community knows no bounds when it comes to what they can create and showcase to the world.

Admittedly, people in the game are well and truly insane, for the amount of dedication and commitment required to do what they do is simply unprecedented for the uninitiated.

It’s also a testament to how, no matter what problems may develop for this game, the community will always be there to support it and back it up, which is why the game will also continue to flourish and grow despite being over a decade old at this point.
