Reality manipulation, dimensional travel, omnipotence, and omniscience – these are but a sampling of abilities in the arsenal of the divine. But which of these divine beings deserves the title of strongest? After all, not all gods are undefeatable – some have secret weaknesses or limitations even they do not comprehend until faced with an equal or superior divinity.
10God (One Punch Man)
God is an extremely powerful mysterious entity in theOne Punch Manuniverse. Not much is known about God’s background or origins. He first appears as a voice that grants Garou his monster form and powers with regeneration, super strength, speed, etc.
In the OPM webcomic, God is depicted as a colossal, humanoid figure with a skeleton-like appearance. He has demonstrated the ability to manipulate energy, grant powers to other beings, and create monsters. However, given that he perceivesSaitama as a threatto his existence, OPM God seems not so omnipotent compared to other divine giants on this list.

9Orsted (Mushoku Tensei)
Survival instincts would recognize Orsted as a threat no ordinary measures could overcome. Orsted possesses immense power, including the ability to manipulate the flow of time, tremendous physical strength, high-speed regeneration, and the capacity to nullify most forms of magic.
As the descendant of both the Human and first Dragon God, Orsted is poised to defeat Hitogami, the fake God ofMushoku Tensei. He is prepared to face this challenge across multiple timelines if necessary. However, it is this very aspect of his struggle that reveals a hint of vulnerability, making him appear more relatable and less invincible.

8Jin Mori (The God of High School)
Jin Mori is the reincarnation of the deity named Sun Wukong – the Monkey King. Blue eyes glowing with celestial might, he can fly at supersonic speeds, teleport over vast distances, and fire destructive energy blasts from his fists. His divine nature grants him near immortality, allowing him to survive and quickly heal from almost any injury.

Jin is also able to summon and wield the Monkey King’s legendary staff, Yeoui, which can change size and multiply at will. While Jin Mori’s divine power is immense, it is not infinite. Overusing his abilities or engaging in prolonged battles can deplete his energy reserves, leaving him at risk of being defeated.
7Ryuk (Death Note)
Few are as cunning as Ryuk, the apple-loving god of death from Death Note. As the instigator of the series' events, Ryuk sets into motion a series of life-or-death contests that test the wits of his human counterparts,Light Yagami. Ryuk can kill any human in an instant just by scrawling their name in his Death Note.
However, power over death means little when life itself means little. Furthermore, he cannot directly kill humans or manipulate the physical world without using Death Note’s power. Against a being with more inherent supernatural powers, Ryuk may be at a disadvantage without his Death Note.

6Arthur Pendragon/ Chaos (7 Deadly Sins)
Chaos is the primordial entity responsible for creating the Goddess, Demon, and Giant Clans, as well as the Fairy Clan and the humans. It is associated with the balance between light and darkness. As for Arthur Pendragon, he becomes the King of Chaos after becoming its vassal body.
With Chaos, Arthur can create illusions that are so convincing that they can affect the physical world. Yet, Chaos might not be invincible. Should its vassal be killed, powerful beings in 7DScan seal Chaos away, as the Demon King and Supreme Deity did ages ago.

5Gilgamesh (Fate)
Gilgamesh is a demigod – two-thirds god and one-third human. His Noble Phantasm, Gate of Babylon, is a direct result of his divine heritage. This iconic ability allows him to summon and wield countless ancient weapons from his vast treasury, including Excalibur, Durandal, and Gáe Bolg. Among the weapons in Gilgamesh’s arsenal, Ea is the most powerful and prominent.

It can unleash devastating energy that can annihilate virtually anything in its trajectory. He also wears a full golden armor made from the asteroid that ended the Age of Gods. Mentally, Gilgamesh has a very arrogant and domineering personality. His pride and greed are his biggest flaws, though few have the means to exploit them.
4Truth (Fullmetal Alchemist)
“I am the world. I am the universe. I am God. I am Truth. I am all. I am one, and I am you.” This quote perfectly encapsulates his immense power and status. Truth is an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent being that governs the laws of alchemy. Truth exists in a white, blank void and appears as a pure white silhouette surrounded by black shadow.
This stark contrast symbolizes his nature as the embodiment of all opposites - light and dark, black and white, yin and yang. Though seeming capricious at times, Truth enforces the law of Equivalent Exchange – for everything gained, something of equal value must be lost. While it is not a weakness per se, it does mean that Truth is bound by a set of rules it cannot violate.

3Lord Of Nightmares (Slayers)
As the creator god, the Lord of Nightmares is the source of everything in the Slayers multiverse. She has no defined form or gender. However, when dealing with mortal beings, she often adopts a feminine humanoid form surrounded by a halo of golden light.
This golden radiance alone is enough to obliterate almost any being. Her signature move, the Ragna Blade, can slice through literally anything - matter, energy, space-time, plot armor, you name it. However, her role in the events of the Slayers universe is less prominent, and her immense power is not often on display.
2Zeno (Dragon Ball)
Zeno (also known as the Omni-King) is the ruler of theDragon BallMultiverse and is often considered to be the most powerful character within the series. Zeno has the ability to erase entire universes with a simple gesture, and his power is said to be limitless.

However, it’s important to note that he still has some limitations, such as his childlike personality and lack of knowledge on certain subjects, so he’s not truly omnipotent, or rather omniscient in the strictest sense of the word.
1Featherine Augustus Aurora (Umineko When They Cry)
To call Featherine “all-powerful” would be a gross understatement. Every word from her divine mouth carries the weight of worlds. Featherine resides in a higher meta-world dimension, viewing the events of Umineko as a work of fiction.
From there, she directly influences and authors the events of the lower world. She can create, destroy, and rewrite entire narratives and parallel worlds. On her whims, she may grant ahappy endingor deus ex machina to characters who have piqued her interest. She has a true bird’s eye view of all the fragments and timelines.
