After doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 KM run every single day for a whole year, the hero known as Saitama would inadvertently break the limiter embedded within them. This limiter was put into humans by God so that they would not become too powerful and lose their sense of purpose.

No longer bound to these human limitations, Saitama achieved an insurmountable amount of strength, speed, and endurance, the likes of which no adversary of his would have any chance of opposing. Saitama has thrown various punches throughout theOne Punch Manseries, resulting in jaw-dropping and eye-popping results.
10Vaccine Man
Everysuperhero storyneeds that first fight. This was the first punch in the series and our first taste of just how powerful Saitama is. Vaccine Man was born from all the pollution being pumped into the environment by humanity. His purpose is to vaccinate the earth from future harm, thus implying he would bring about the extinction of humanity.
In one punch, Saitama renders his body with a splattering sound effect. Afterwards, we would learn that this keeps happening to every foe Saitama faces, meaning that Vaccine Man was actually a very powerful opponent and not just some flunky.

9Elder Centipede
Season 2 had some memorable moments, such as Saitama brushing Garouo aside for all their encounters. However, season 2 would have more of a focus on developing characters and pushing the plot more than anything else.
Season 1, on the other hand, hosts a substantial amount more in terms of action and memorable punch moments. The only truly epic punch moment was against the Elder Centipede, which culminated in each section of said centipede breaking off into particles, much like a giant snake enemy from a bullet hell game.

Marugori would spend many hours building his body, trying to get stronger. His brother, Fukegao, would later offer Marugori an artificially created drug known as “Biceps Brachii King” that he created. To make it easier, his brother even made sure it was a flavor he would enjoy.
Afterward, Marugori would become a colossal giant humanoid that dwarfs the Titans from Attack On Titan. After being sent into a relentless rage over the death of his brother, Marugori received a right-handed punch to the jaw from Saitama, ending his life.

7Kamakyuri
If his name does not ring a bell, that’s because he died before he could finish announcing his name. Kamakyuri broke through the roof of Saitama’s home and began to introduce himself while striking a battle stance, only to have Saitama punch him square in the face. This resulted in his head breaking apart while it flew off his body.

Their head is sent backward and splatters against the wall while Saitama demands that he pay for the repairs to his ceiling. This both lines up with the humor of the series and has a tremendous slow-motion effect that crushes his head as it moves forward. He may not be as memorable as Beast King or Kabuto, but the scene hits harder compared to both others.
6Alarm Clock
One of the most action-packed scenes of the entire series is Saitama’s fight against the Subterranean People. They break forth from the ground and claim to serve the Subterranean King. Their numbers have grown too large, and they have decided to lay expand to the surface world and take it for themselves.
This would have a lot of fans believe this is the turning point for the anime, where Saitama will finally have the foes he needs and will bring about episodes of intense action and adrenaline that Madhouse is known for animating. Only to have Saitama smash his ringing alarm clock through the floor with the bottom of his fist.

5Mosquito Girl
The episode this punch occurs in is also the only one in which any foe has gotten the better of Saitama. This foe would avoid every single one of Saitama’s attacks, as is expected of a mosquito. This infuriates Saitama, culminating in him chasing after the mosquito down the street with bug spray.
Saitama then beholds a massive swarm of mosquitos controlled by Mosquito Girl. After an intense battle between her and the cyborg known as Genos, a naked Saitama would use an open-handed punch, more commonly known as a slap or swat, resulting in a blood erupting splatter of Mosquito Girl.
4The Meteor
With the impending doom of the city immanent from an approaching meteor and all other attempts resulting in failure, Saitama jumps from the roof of a building, destroying it in the process. They launch a devastating uppercut that pierces straight through the approaching meteor.
Turning it from a glowing red body of destruction destined to destroy the city into a blinding bright blue burst of hope… that only partially destroys the city.
3The Cliff Side
Saitama grants his student Genos a sparring match. This would result in us seeing a wide range go Genos’ abilities, but would also gift our eyes with yet another visual symphony conducted by the animators from Madhouse. Madhouse is very well known for its action and fight sequences. After many attempts, Saitama feels it’s time to head on off.

With a spine-shuddering dodge, they throw a punch that leaves Genos feeling utterly defeated and a cliffside utterly decimated. This is a moment one can watch repeatedly offered through one of the many providers of One Punch Man,such as Crunchyroll.
2Deep Sea King
The Deep Sea King may just end up being just another notch on the belt on one hit kills that Saitama has amassed, but it is also one that left viewers stunstruck for a moment. We get to see an epic fight scene between the Deep Sea King and Genos before Saitama makes his appearance. Once Saitama has arrived, the obvious takes place; he ends the fight in one punch.
However, after punching a hole clean through the Deep Sea King, the impact continues to push back all the surrounding rain and clears the skies of the storm clouds as the music dulls out, and only the small thud of the former king’s fallen crown can be heard among the deafening silence.
Boros is one ofthe strongest characters in One Punch Man. He has godlike regeneration abilities, even regenerating from being punching into just a floating splatter of blood. Whenever Saitama lands a killing blow, they come back from the brink and unleash a new and even more powerful attack. No matter how much they come at Saitama, they continue to get overwhelmed until they have no energy left to regenerate.
Leaving them to speak their final words to Saitama and tell them they knew Saitama was holding back. Saitama’s final attack leaves a cone-shaped parting of clouds across the whole planet. This fight would showcase both Saitama’s “consecutive normal punches” and “Serious Punch” from his Killer Move: Serious Series.
